Russia is trying to protect the ships of the command of the Black Sea Fleet from attacks. Therefore, they are temporarily transferred from Crimea.

According to analysts, due to massive problems with logistics and ammunition, Russian troops are moving the logistics centres of the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Territory.
