Alexander Shapiro-Suliman, Secretary General of the Alliance of World Nations, peace ambassador, has been appointed as the authorized representative of the unrecognized Birland (Bir Tawil) state for the CIS countries, as well as for Russia. The President of Birland (Bir Tawil) state Queen Eden Soriano Trinidad signed the document in this regard.

It should be recalled that the state of Birland (Bir Tawil), which was created in 2015, has an area of 2060 km², located between Egypt and Sudan. It is still awaiting recognition as a state by the United Nations.
